Getting Started for Families Homeschoolers
Screening your child through Project SKIP for social-emotional, cognitive, developmental, and academic issues such as autism spectrum disorders is as simple as 1-2-3. Follow the steps outlined below to get started today!
You will then be able to perform an assessment for any child whose profile you have created. You will also be able to invite a teacher or other education professional to participate in the assessment by purchasing additional credits. Note that if a parent or homeschooler is purchasing Project SKIP credits, only they will receive the results. The invited teacher or education professional will not see their assessment results.
Create an account
Create an account by completing the form found on the Create New Profile: Parent page. Please note that while payment is not required at the time of account creation, you will be asked to supply credit card information before beginning an assessment for your child.
Add Children to Your Account
Create a profile for each child you wish to assess by completing the form found on the Create New Profile: Child page.
Purchase Credits for Each Assessment
Parents and homeschoolers buy a $20 credit for each child they wish to assess.
Example:
- 1 child = 1 credit/$20
- 2 children = 2 credits/$40
You will then be able to perform an assessment for any child whose profile you have created. You will also be able to invite a teacher or other education professional to participate in the assessment by purchasing additional credits. Only parents (or homeschoolers who have taken the parent assessment) will receive the results.
